After the fall of the Emperor, the Rebel leaders formed the Alliance of Free Planets, a prelude to creating a New Republic. Finally they made it official as the Empire fell into disarray, leaders squabbling over who was in charge. Afterward only a scattered few holdouts remained a problem, more terrorists than true government and no longer recognized by Imperial leaders.
But even when the few remaining Imperials were not a threat, new dangers arose. This is the time of the New Republic, a time of rebirth and testing. A time when the Jedi begin their return.
A New Beginning
The Emperor & Vader are dead. The Death Star and much of the Imperial Fleet destroyed.
Invasion
Rebel/Imperial Alliance
The Imperial Governor of Bakura sends a message for help to the shattered Imperial fleet which the Rebels intercept. After a temporary treaty the Governor turns on them. But Bakuran local resistance rises up, ousting the Empire.
A tentative new government
The Rebels feel their way toward reestablishing the Republic by sending out ambassadors. During this time the galaxy is invaded by the Nagai and Tof who are feuding.
Katarn becomes a Jedi
During this time Jerec, the Fallen Jedi finds the Valley of the Jedi. Kyle Katarn who has been training with the Jedi spirit Rahn stops his plan to use it’s power to take over the Empire. This also brings closure as Jerec killed his father.
Timeline Heading 6
The Emperor & Vader are dead. The Death Star and much of the Imperial Fleet destroyed.
Han marries Leia
The Hapans agree to aid the New Republic. Skywalker finds an abandoned Jedi starship on Dathomir. The Witches give him the teachings the Jedi locked away after he, Han and Leia help free their world from the Nightsisters.
Clones
Using the secrets of Mount Tantiss, the Emperor’s storehouse, it’s cloned fallen Jedi guardian C’baoth and the Katana fleet, he brings the Republic to it’s knees. They are defeated with the aid of the Noghri and the former Emperor’s hand Mara Jade.
The New Republic Retreats
Luke Skywalker appears to fall to the Dark Side in his quest to discover how the Emperor survived. In reality he is acting as a spy. He kills the Emperor’s clones & when the spirit tries to take a new host he fails
Return to Yavin 4
Luke returns to the rebel base to train his new Jedi students. But the spirit of Exar Kun still haunts the place. seducing his trainees Only by joining their powers can the new Jedi stop him for good.
Mon Mothma steps down
Superweapons of the old regime are discovered, from the Maw Cluster’s Suncrusher (which Luke’s fallen student Durron uses to destroy Carida) to the Eye of Palpatine, they are destroyed.
At this time the fallen Jedi student Desann tries to create a group of Dark Side Users with Admiral Fyvar by powering them with the Valley of the Jedi. They are foiled by Kyle Katarn, Jan Ors and the rest of the Jedi with New Republic and Rogue Squadron assistance.
Death Seed Plague
Allying with the Imperial Remnant, he kindaps Leia while she meets with him on a diplomatic mission. Expertly he makes it appear she left the system. Meanwhile he unleashes the Death Seed plague using the special droids powered by a central process made of a crystal that has to be smuggled off Nam Chorios. Weapon dealers have allied with him, supplying arms to local dissidents and causing civil strife. When it’s found the crystal tsils of the world that he are using are sentient and stop the Death Seed Plague, the Republic wins the victory
Dark Siders
Possibly inspired by Desann, a former student of Vader, Hethrir, discovers a life form that strengthens, heals and purifies the Force in an individual if it doesn’t kill them. He kidnaps younglings to test for Force powers including the Solo kids selling the failures or non humans into slavery. He is foiled, but Desann’s apprentice Tavion has found another path. A Sith staff that takes power of Force strong areas and distributes it to her allies.
False Friendship
The Yevethan had overthrown their Imperial masters and kept the ships. Pretending they wanting peace they sent an envoy to the Republic. They then tried to conquer neighboring systems. The Republic fleet was able to stop them
Kueller
A Jedi student goes on a rampage when his people are persecuted. Murdering the attackers he turns on the New Republic with exploding droids. He is stopped by Leia Organa Solo, Luke Skywalker and their droids who find the factory where the bomb droids are built being run by another former Jedi student, Brakiss
The Human League
The battle is on for the ancient technology of the Corellian system being used to hold entire worlds hostage with threat of destruction. The Republic has to find it in order to stop the coup and restore hyperspace travel tot the system.
Empire sues for Peace
Then President Gavrisom signs a treaty with Admiral Pellaon.
Brakiss Returns
Brakiss creates the Shadow Academy trying to restore an Empire. Starting with stealing Luke’s students and followed by finding those missed on the search for Jedi trainees.
Anti-humans plan genocide
The hunt is on for a deadly plague that could destroy humanity. The radical group blames all humanity for those within the Empire that persecuted them. It’s up to the Jedi to stop them.
