Era: New Republic/Galactic Alliance
A young Jedi, the youngest son of Han Solo and Leia, grandson of Anakin Skywalker. He had ice blue eyes and dark hair. Anakin Solo had a unique talent for fixing machines and solving puzzles. He started at the Jedi Academy when he was 11 and went on numerous adventures with his best friend, Tahiri Veila. He fought in the Yuuzhan Vong war.
Anakin Solo was targeted many times for kidnapping by dark side users, including a clone of the Emperor himself, as well as Warlord Furgan, Hethrir and even by his own Uncle Thracken, who wanted to hold him hostage to force the Republic out of Corellia.
When he trained as a Jedi, he struggled with concerns about his own Force heritage. The fact that his grandfather turned to the dark side weighted heavy on him. He tends to be quiet and introspective, though he comes to see the Force as a tool.
Anakin Solo’s Relationships
Besides his parents, Han Solo and Leia Organa, Anakin Solo has older twin siblings, Jacen and Jaina. His Uncle is Luke Skywalker. He is the grandson of Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala, and great grandson of Shmi. His best friend is a bit younger, a girl named Tahiri Veila, from Tatooine.
Anakin was named after his grandfather, as Leia’s way of associating the name with something good. This would help remind her that Anakin Skywalker began and died a Jedi, in spite of his fall to evil.

“Anakin”
That startled him. His name rang like a H’kig chime, nothing fuzzy about it.
“I’m coming Tahiri,” He whispered.
“Anakin”…but the sense of the words dissolved into emotion. Fear, grief, hope. Wordlessly he reached for her, to give her the equivalent of the squeeze on the hand, and found himself instead in a tight, desperate embrace.
“I’ll find you,” he projected to her. “Just hang on.

Anakin Solo managed to find the Drall and Corellia Planetary Repulsor Controls as a very young child. Guided by his siblings, Drall tutor and Republic techs, he used it to prevent Centerpoint Station being fired and killing untold billions when it aimed at a star.

Anakin died in battle fighting to destroy the Voxyn Queen, created by the Yuuzhan Vong to hunt and slaughter Jedi.
Anakin Solo was one of the first Jedi characters revealed to be able to use the Force to see inside things like computers and technology, knowing if it was damaged even if he didn’t know what the device did and sometimes even able to use the Force to fix it.
Anakin Solo Continuity and Lore
Anakin Solo’s traits were very similar to Anakin Skywalker’s in The Phantom Menace. Note that Anakin Solo’s stories came out before this.
There were some stories that accidentally used the name Anakin Skywalker, and others that mistakenly said Anakin Solo had fair hair, when the original stories say it was darker than the brown haired twins, Jacen and Jaina. His eyes are also described as dark in some and blue in others.

Anakin Solo has had Topps Trading Cards based on him, as well as a lightsaber by Aegis lightsabers. He was in Star Wars Miniatures but didn’t receive a Hasbro action figure.
